Return Policy

Products purchased from Zuma Water Filters may be returned within 30 days of the order date if they are defective due to a manufacturer issue, or if they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in resellable condition.

To request a return, refund, or exchange, customers must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Service team. Returns sent without an approved RMA may not be accepted.

Please note the following conditions:

Returns are not accepted after the 30-day return window.

Used products are not eligible for return.

All returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 15% restocking fee applies to returned filters.

If a returned filter is found to have been used or damaged in any way, the item will be discarded and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed promptly in the order they are received. Orders submitted by 5:00 p.m. EST are generally shipped on the next business day. Orders received after that time are typically shipped on the following business day. Processing times do not include weekends, federal holidays, or any delays noted on the website homepage.

Canada Shipments

Orders shipping to Canada are generally processed on the next business day. Estimated transit times typically range from 5 to 12 business days, depending on the carrier, package weight, destination, and customs clearance.

For most shipments:

Packages under approximately 3 lbs. may be shipped by USPS

Heavier packages may be shipped by UPS

Estimated carrier transit times:

UPS: approximately 4 to 5 business days

USPS: approximately 5 to 10 business days
