You will have 30 days from the day you receive your items to get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customer is responsible for paying for shipping items back to us for returns. All Refund orders which initially had FREE SHIPPING at time of order will be deducted the Shipping Charge when Refunded. Customer Will be responsible to ship the product back to Zuma Filter for Refund.
Order Return Instructions
To return a product, you will need to get a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receiving your filter. We do not accept returns after the 30 day return. And we do not accept filters that are wet or have been used. . When we receive your return, we will issue an electronic refund on your credit card or PayPal account within 3 days of receiving the item back.

Items are generally shipped next business day if ordered by 5:00 P.M. (PST). You will also get an email notification when you have placed your order with a receipt of payment for your item(s). When your order has been shipped, you will be notified via e-mail address you have provided with a tracking number.
All orders to Canada will have a $8.95 Shipping Surcharge. Canada orders are shipped with USPS First Class International Mail and transit times vary from 12-20 days for Delivery. All Canada orders also come with a tracking number. Receiver is responsible for any Canadian Customs Fees/Duties. We have no control over What the Canadian government charges for duties/taxes for import of goods
